Website

Files you add on the DutyReady website are read by JavaScript in your browser. They are not uploaded to us or anyone else, and we never see your products or orders.

When you pay, checkout is handled by Stripe, which processes your name, email and card details under its own privacy policy. We receive your email address and payment confirmation so we can provide access and answer support requests. We keep these records for as long as tax law requires.

Your browser stores a small flag recording that you've unlocked the tool. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Shopify app

The DutyReady Shopify app reads your products and variants (titles, types, tags, categories, SKUs, barcodes and customs fields) to suggest HS codes, and writes HS codes and country of origin back when you click Save. It stores only the session token Shopify issues for your store. It does not access or store customer or order data. When you uninstall the app, the session is deleted, and Shopify's shop/redact request deletes anything that remains.
